We only use what you send us — to answer bookings and press, not to sell or profile.
Data we collect
Via the booking form: name, email, phone, event date, venue and city, and your message. Via email or phone: whatever you send us. Technically: data needed to show the site and submit the form (including a session cookie). We do not run advertising or tracking pixels.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to answer booking and press requests, prepare a booking, and keep records where the law requires it. Legal basis: steps before a contract or performance of a contract, and legitimate interest in running the site and the booking process. We do not send marketing mail unless you ask for it.
Retention
Booking requests that do not lead to a confirmed gig are kept for up to 24 months. Confirmed bookings and invoices are kept for as long as Belgian accounting rules require.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with processors who host this website or deliver email, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Send a request to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
